PURPLE YAM STEAMED SPONGE

Ingredients:

• 75 g of steamed purple sweet potato, cut into pieces

• 100 ml water

• 1 egg

• 1/2 tsp cake emulsifier

• 125 g sugar

• 120 g flour

• 1 tbsp milk powder

• 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

• 1/4 tsp purple dye

How to make:

1. Purple sweet potato puree with water, set aside.

2. Mix flour, milk powder, and vanilla powder. Stir well and set aside.

3. Beat eggs, sugar, and cake emulsifier until fluffy and thick.

4. Enter the sifted flour mixture and whipped while average.

5. Add purple potatoes and purple dye and stir well.

6. Pour batter into a mold that has been steamed sponge dialas baking paper or paper cup to the brim.

7. Heat the steamer,steamed using high heat for about 10 minutes until cooked and chapped.

8. Lift, remove it from the mold and serve.

Demokrasi merupakan bentuk atau sistem pemerintahan yang segenap rakyat turut serta memerintah dengan perantaraan wakil-wakilnya atau pemerintahan rakyat. Demokrasi juga dapat diartikan sebagai gagasan atau pandangan hidup yang mengutamakan persamaan hak dan kewajiban serta perlakuan yang sama bagi semua warga Negara.

Inti dari demokrasi adalah “pemerintahan dari rakyat oleh rakyat dan untuk rakyat”. Sistem pemerintahan yang demokratis seperti itulah yang tidak akan terhapus dari muka bumi. Dengan perkataan lain itulah sistem yang terbaik bagi masyarakat dimanapun mereka berada. Salah  satu  tonggak utama untuk mendukung sistem politik yang demokratis adalah melalui  pemilu.

 Pemilu diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk memilih wakil rakyat baik di tingkat pemerintahan pusat maupun pemerintahan daerah, serta untuk membentuk pemerintahan yang demokratis, kuat, dan memperoleh dukungan rakyat dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan nasional sebagaimana  yang diamanatkan oleh pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Pemilu dilaksanakan oleh negara Indonesia dalam rangka mewujudkan kedaulatan rakyat sekaligus penerapan prinsip-prinsip atau nilai-nilai demokrasi, meningkatkan kesadaran politik rakyat untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pemilihan umum demi terwujudnya cita-cita masyarakat Indonesia yang demokratis. 

Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) adalah proses pemilihan orang-orang untuk mengisi jabatan-jabatan politik tertentu. Jabatan-jabatan tersebut beraneka-ragam, mulai dari presiden, wakil rakyat di berbagai tingkat pemerintahan, sampai kepala desa. Pada konteks yang lebih luas, Pemilu dapat juga berarti proses mengisi jabatan-jabatan seperti ketua OSIS atau ketua kelas, walaupun untuk ini kata 'pemilihan' lebih sering digunakan.

Sistem pemilu di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari fungsi rekrutmen dalam sistem politik. Mengenai sistem pemilu Norris menjelaskan bahwa rekrutmen seorang kandidat oleh partai politik bergantung pada sistem pemilu yang berkembang di suatu negara. Di Indonesia, pemilihan legislatif (DPR, DPRD I, dan DPRD II) menggunakan sistem proporsional dengan daftar terbuka. Lewat sistem semacam ini, partai-partai politik cenderung mencari kandidat yang populer sehingga punya elektabilitas yang tinggi di mata para pemilih. Hal ini pula yang mendorong banyak artis (sinetron, lawak, penyanyi) yang tergiur untuk bergabung ke dalam sebuah partai politik.

Ø   Kelemahan-kelemahan pemilu : 

1.             Di lihat dari system pemilu distrik seperti : 

a.    Ada kesenjangan persentase suara yang diperoleh dengan jumlah kursi di partai, hal ini menyebabkan partai besar lebih berkuasa.

b.     Partai kecil dan minoritas merugi karena sistem ini membuat banyak suara terbuang.

c.      Sistem ini kurang mewakili kepentingan masyarakat heterogen dan pluralis.

d.   Wakil rakyat terpilih cenderung memerhatikan kepentingan daerahnya daripada kepentingan nasional.

2.             Di lihat dari system proporsional :

a.   Berbeda dengan sistem distrik, sistem proporsional kurang mendukung integrasi partai politik. Jumlah partai yang terus bertambah menghambat integrasi partai.

b.   Wakil rakyat kurang akrab dengan pemilihnya, tapi lebih akrab dengan partainya. Hal ini memberikan kedudukan kuat pada pimpinan partai untuk memilih wakilnya di parlemen.

c.   Banyaknya partai yang bersaing menyebabkan kesulitan bagi suatu partai untuk menjadi mayoritas.

                    Perbedaan pokok antara sistem distrik dan proporsional adalah bahwa cara menghitung perolehan suara dapat menghasilkan perbedaan dalam komposisi perwakilan dalam parlemen bagi masing-masing partai politik.

          Ø   Solusi terhadap kelemahan pemilu :

Dari kesimpulan diatas dapat disarankan bahwa sistem pemilu  sangat dibutuhkan perbaikan khusunya menyangkut undang-undang pemilu yang lebih memberikan perhatihan pada caleg atau partai yang dengan terang-terangan menggunakan politik uang sehingga sistem pemilu dapat lebih demokratis dan rasional  dengan penguatan pada partai politik yang merupakan pilar dalam pemilu agar menahan diri untuk tidak melakuakan pendekatan-pendekatan finansial terhadap masyarakat selama proses kampanye berlangsung.

Jalannya pemilu haruslah sesuai dengan asas pemilu yang sudah secara jelas ditentuka n oleh UUD’45. Penyelenggara pemilu (KPU) harus menghindari kesalahan yang dapat merugikan warga negara, sehingga warga negara merasa tidak dirugikan dan hak politiknya tidak dilanggar. Pemerintah harus menjamin hak pilih warga dan melakukan tindakan terhadap pelanggaran HAM dalam Pemilu.
