PURPLE YAM STEAMED SPONGE



Ingredients:
  • 75 g of steamed purple sweet potato, cut into pieces
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp cake emulsifier
  • 125 g sugar
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/4 tsp purple dye
How to make:
1. Purple sweet potato puree with water, set aside.
2. Mix flour, milk powder, and vanilla powder. Stir well and set aside.
3. Beat eggs, sugar, and cake emulsifier until fluffy and thick.
4. Enter the sifted flour mixture and whipped while average.
5. Add purple potatoes and purple dye and stir well.
6. Pour batter into a mold that has been steamed sponge dialas baking paper or paper cup to the brim.
7. Heat the steamer,steamed using high heat for about 10 minutes until cooked and chapped.
8. Lift, remove it from the mold and serve.
